Day 2

So today I woke up at 5:15 AM, got fresh up and left for the gym.

We did the warm up for around 5-6minutes and started the following exercises

1A. Sit ups. Hold a 5kg dumbbell closer to your chest, put one leg back(close by) with raised heels. Now try squats. Do not keep the back heel down. Do this for 45sec. Rest 15sec and do another rep

1B. Deep side squat with weight. Alternate both sides.

1C. One arm row

2A. Pull ups. Direct or using TRX

2B. Landmine

2C. RDL to row like deadlift with one leg and keep other in air to improve balance

3A. Kette bell with napkin. Front raise only lower arm. Keep upper arm tight close to the body.

3B. Sled rope pull and push

3C. Lift weight ball and drop it over your shoulder to the back.

We did all these exercises for 45 secs each then 15 secs rest and then another rep.

Each zone done twice then move on to the next one.

We ended the session with some stretches which felt relaxing.

I cycled my way back home.

All in all I felt great working out today. And feel accomplished 👍
